Good morning,
With the publication of the official school calendar for next year, we have been able to solidify our dates for Summer Marching Band rehearsals. I have posted them below. As shared with your students in class, these rehearsals are critical to maintaining less rehearsals during the school year. We get a lot done in those 2-3 weeks that sets us up for success and limited rehearsals during the year. We like to say, “We are the largest band in the state of Virginia, and the least rehearsed group.” We are able to remain successful and proud of our work by the time we put in during Summer Band Rehearsals. These dates were shared in December and on the virtual curriculum site for LBSS.
