| August 5 | 6:30pm Meet the Directors Night. Mandatory NEW parent meeting. This is a parent evening hosted by the high school band directors to present the program and schedule for the year. |

| August 13 | Band & Color Guard Family Picnic (6-8pm). The traditional potluck picnic at Burke Lake Park for all Band members and their families to reunite, meet new folks, and learn about the LBBBB. |
| August 15 | 12pm Parent/Faculty Preview Show in the LBSS stadium |

| Beginning August 19 | After School Rehearsals Beginning Tuesday, August 19th Tuesdays 3:30-5:30 PM – Stadium Day Wednesdays 3:30-4:30PM – Sectional Day Thursdays 3:30-5:30 PM – Blacktop Day Percussion will meet Wednesday evenings from 7-9PM instead of sectionals on Wednesdays. |
